Who we are

This website is operated by KK Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 98 646 722 410), referred to as KK Tech, we or us. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, work email address, company name, the area you are interested in, and any message you write when you complete a contact form, a tool, a checklist or the gap analysis. If you complete a tool or the gap analysis, we also receive your result so we can follow up usefully.

Information collected automatically: when you visit, our analytics tools collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and the time and length of your visit. This may use cookies or similar technologies.

Booking information: if you book a call, the details you enter are handled by our booking provider (Cal.com) and shared with us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, send the result or resource you asked for, arrange calls, and follow up about the service you showed interest in. We also use it to understand how the website is used and improve it, to keep our records, and to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Business contacts and outreach

We may contact businesses and business representatives whose work contact details are publicly available, where our message is relevant to their role. Every such message identifies us and includes a way to opt out, and we will stop contacting you if you ask. You can tell us to stop at any time through the contact page.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people use the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect usage data that is processed by Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools, and the site will still work.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, including website hosting and data storage, email delivery, our customer relationship management system, workflow automation, analytics, and booking. They may only use the information to provide their services to us.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

Storage and overseas providers

Some of our providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to choose providers with appropriate security practices.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, tell us first so we can fix it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
